Position Summary
ConexSmart, a Trexon company, is seeking a detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support aerospace and defense cable and harness programs. This role supports the successful execution of customer-driven projects through coordination of schedules, documentation, communication, and cross-functional activities in a regulated manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting where quality, traceability, and on-time delivery are critical.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications across engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams
Track timelines, deliverables, and project activities to support on-time execution
Maintain project and production documentation, including drawings, change notices, compliance records, and quality documentation
Support new product introduction (NPI) and production ramp-up activities
Coordinate materials, suppliers, and internal resources to meet customer and production requirements
Communicate project status, updates, and changes with internal teams and customers as needed
Assist with issue tracking, corrective actions, and resolution follow-up
Support adherence to customer specifications, quality standards, and regulated industry requirements
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and status updates as needed
Qualifications
Required:
2+ years of coordination, administrative, production support, customer service, or operations experience in a manufacturing or technical environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Preferred:
Experience in aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing environments
Familiarity with cable assemblies, wire harnesses, or electromechanical products
Exposure to ERP systems such as Epicor, SAP, or Oracle
Familiarity with quality standards or document control processes
Experience supporting engineering or production change documentation
Compensation
Colorado Pay Range: $23.00 – $32.00 per hour.
