Per Diem Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Primary Care and Women’s Health, Westside Los Angeles
About Tia
Tia is building a new model for women’s healthcare, one that treats women as whole people, not separate conditions or life stages. By integrating primary care, mental health, gynecology, dermatology, and wellness across both in-person and virtual settings, Tia is improving outcomes, lowering costs, and creating a better experience for patients and providers alike.
About the Role
We are hiring experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide flexible, per diem coverage across Tia’s Westside Los Angeles clinics, including West Hollywood, Culver City, and Playa Vista.
This role is designed for clinicians who want supplemental clinical work without committing to a fixed part-time or full-time schedule. Per diem providers help support planned coverage gaps, high-volume periods, and unexpected staffing needs.
Providers are asked to share at least one day of general availability each week, including weekdays or weekends. When coverage is needed, Tia will contact available providers with the clinic location, shift time, and expected arrival time. Providers may accept or decline each individual shift request based on their availability.
Accepted shifts are typically eight hours and may fall between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Same-day coverage requests may require arrival at the assigned clinic within two hours of accepting the shift.
This role is ideal for an experienced clinician who can confidently manage a broad range of primary care and women’s health visits, adapt quickly to different clinic teams, and deliver consistent, high-quality care with minimal ramp time.
