Job Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of professional spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies, to the highest standards.
• Provide personalized consultations and recommend suitable treatments and retail products to guests.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies in accordance with spa standards.
• Ensure exceptional guest service by creating a welcoming and relaxing experience.
• Promote spa treatments, wellness programs, and retail products to support revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and assist with inventory control.
• Adhere to all hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Support team development through participation in training and sharing best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Certified in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in a luxury spa, wellness centre, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, skincare treatments, and wellness practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude with a passion for guest service and wellness.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
