Strategy analyst

Team is looking for Strategy analyst who will be responsible for consolidation and analysis of internal and external data, particularly for preparing strategic management reports, monitoring key strategic performance indicators, conducting industry and competitive analyses, assessing strategic risks and opportunities, and performing preliminary analysis of new initiatives and business opportunities.

Analyze strategic indicators, business KPIs, and other performance metrics to identify trends, deviations, correlations, and key drivers of results.

Prepare regular strategic reports and analytical materials for the Group’s management.

Conduct monitoring of  industries matching to Team Group scope and prepare targeted industry analysis for management team.

Make an analysis of key market developments, structural changes, industry dynamics, and competitors’  behavior.

Conduct preliminary analysis of new strategic ideas, projects, partnerships, and investment opportunities.

Develop and maintain a reliable database of information used by the Strategic Development Directorate.

Improve the level of automation of recurring reporting and analytical processes.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field;

3–5 years of relevant professional experience in corporate or business strategy, corporate finance, business planning, or commercial analytics will be considered an advantage;

Experience in preparing analytical reports, insights, and presentations for top management;

Coworking experience in cross-functional teams and business units, and ability to consolidate information from multiple sources;

Hands-on experience with  Power BI or similar BI tools is a strong advantage;

Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills;

Critical and strategic thinking;

Excellent communication and cooperation skills;

Time management skills;

Initiative and flexible;

Attention to details;

Accuracy and strong sense of responsibility;

Ability to take prompt and working decisions in hard cases.
