Utilities & Projects Engineer
Are you experienced in industrial utilities, mechanical systems, and plant infrastructure? Join our team and take an active role in operating, maintaining, installing, and improving essential industrial utility systems. From thermal oil boilers and compressed air stations to cooling systems, hot bitumen handling, powder conveying, and firefighting networks, you’ll contribute directly to plant reliability, operational efficiency, and successful project execution.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and support installation projects for thermal oil boilers and high-temperature piping networks.
- Maintain compressed air stations, compressors, air dryers, receiver tanks, and distribution pipelines.
- Oversee cooling towers, circulation pumps, heat exchangers, and process water networks.
- Manage industrial liquid handling systems, including hot bitumen, storage tanks, jacketed pumps, and thermal heating coils.
- Maintain powder handling systems, including silos, screw conveyors, bucket elevators, and dust filtration.
- Support the installation, inspection, and hydrostatic testing of firefighting networks, pump rooms, and piping systems.
- Coordinate contractors, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support preventive maintenance and utility optimization.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure reliable operation of plant utilities and infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in industrial utilities, facility engineering, or mechanical projects within manufacturing plants.
- Hands-on experience with industrial utility systems and mechanical equipment.
- Practical knowledge of installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and pressure testing where applicable.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and technical reporting skills.
- Experience with industrial hot bitumen or liquid handling systems is an advantage.
