Finishing Architect Engineer

- Follow-up of the implementation of the finishing works in accordance with the approved technical plans and specifications
- Read and understand the executive boards and ensure they are implemented accurately on site
- Receiving the materials received for the site and ensuring that they conform to the required specifications and documenting this with receipt minutes
- Managing suppliers and contractors and following up on their commitment to the agreed dates and specifications
- Preparing and following up the schedule of finishing works and submitting periodic reports on completion percentages
- Coordinating with contractors and executive teams to resolve any obstacles that disrupt the workflow
- Conducting periodic field inspections to ensure the quality of implementation before approval or receipt
- Monitor deviations from schedule or specifications and propose immediate corrective solutions
- Contact the consultant regarding any modifications or technical problems
- Ensuring the application of occupational safety requirements in the workplace
- Inventory of the quantities executed and their matching with the extracts and preparing the measurements for the various items
- Bachelor of Architecture
- 5-6 years of experience in the field of implementation and supervision of finishes
- Good familiarity with finishing items and their technical specifications
- Reading architectural and executive plans and mastery of shop drawing
- Proficiency in using programs like AutoCAD - Excel
- Good time management and organization skills
- Ability to work under pressure
