Content, Marketing, and Partnerships Lead

Responsibilities:

Research and translate Web3/crypto topics (tokenisation, DeFi lending, L1/L2/L3 developments) into newsletters and social content.

Plan and execute social media campaigns (X/Twitter, LinkedIn) to grow subscriber and follower bases across both platforms.

Build and manage an email/subscriber database; write and send regular newsletters.

Conduct outbound partnership outreach to financial institutions and Web3 platforms to establish and feature product partnerships.

Support project coordination on data API integration work, bridging technical development and business outreach.

Use AI tools to scale content and campaign output independently.

Requirements:

Strong intuition for Web3/crypto/DeFi concepts; deep prior expertise is a plus, but sharp, fast learning matters more.

Demonstrated content creation and newsletter-growth experience.

Comfort with outbound B2B business development (cold outreach, partnership requests).

Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, using AI tools to extend output.

Strong written communication skills in English.
