Finance Manager $8,000 - $10,000 Pioneer Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm Job Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Prepare financial reports and oversee month-end/year-end closing. Manage cash flow, cost accounting, and manufacturing cost analysis. Oversee AP, AR, Payroll, and daily finance operations. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Coordinate audits, tax filings, and government grant applications. Strengthen internal controls and manage financial risks. Lead and develop the finance team. Support business decisions through financial analysis and strategic planning. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field CPA, ACCA, MBA, or equivalent is an advantage Minimum 7 years of finance & accounting experience, including managerial experience At least 4 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost accounting Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills Experience with audits, tax matters, and government grants is an advantage
