  • You need to be very keen on details. If a number ends up in the wrong column in an Excel sheet, our research can be entirely wrong. You need to work meticulously.
  • You enjoy developing processes and templates. You are good at creating a stringent research process that is replicable for you and your colleagues.
  • You have a big interest in Psychology and research. You don’t have to be a psychologist yourself, but you need to have experience from doing research.

Does this sound like you?

Please apply and let’s talk! We'll get back to you at the beginning of August! Do you want to do cutting-edge research in neurocognitive tests?

Are you keen on details and into developing processes? Read on!

“Hi! How’re you feeling today?” That’s probably the most important question we must ask ourselves. How we feel inside is as important as our physical health, and mental health is becoming one of the highest priorities of health care in Sweden with more than 96 million euros allocated to Swedish Mental Health Action plan (since 2012 as per OECD report).

Increased funding hasn’t necessarily translated into better health service in most areas. We believe the biggest leak in the bucket is the efficiency in diagnosing mental illness. Today, the capability to quickly categorize symptoms into illnesses (from dementia to depression) is still premature and that’s where a disruption is about to happen.

Who are we? Welcome to Minnemera!

We are a tech start-up in the mental health area, where we have built one of the first diagnostic-aid platforms. We are a highly ambitious and hard-working team that is passionate about bringing the best of technology to one of the most vulnerable patient groups: those with cognitive impairment such as dementia, Alzheimer and burnout syndrome.

With our digital neurocognitive testing system, we are solving this problem by letting the patient be a part of finding the core symptom and then being able to direct them to the right specialist. This not only saves time and money, it also enables more quality time between patient and clinician, thanks to the test’s way of collecting and structuring essential data.

Our mission is to help detect cognitive impairment in early stages so that necessary lifestyle changes and medications can be implicated when they have the most effect. We are currently a team of neuropsychologists and developers, looking forward to bringing a research assistant on board!

What have we done so far?

  • Developed a new solution where people are measured against their own baseline cognitive ability, rather than people in their own group.
  • Verified the need and usability of our product with a pilot project for patients in the risk group for dementia.
  • Awarded ”Lilla psykologpriset” from Psykologförbundet.
  • Built an app that is ready to launch early 2019.
  • Gathered a strong team who loves to work together.

What is our challenge? Our main challenge for the fall is to do pilot studies together with customers. In doing that we will continue to gather valuable research data. Together with our Chief Science Officer (CSO), Alejandra, you will make sure that our tests are executed with the highest level of scientific stringency.

Working tasks In this position, you will take responsibility for carrying out scientific tests to further develop our scientific model. You will:

  • Design processes for everything from recruiting users to documenting scientific results.
  • Monitor our processes. Make sure that our processes are free from errors. It is better that you are working slow and meticulous rather than fast with errors.
  • Work together with our CSO to develop data for our scientific model.

Why you should join us

  • We strive for a positive impact on society. You will make a difference in peoples’ lives.
  • You will work with cutting-edge research in the field of neurocognitive tests.
  • We are a great team in which you get a key role. We are a tech startup in the area of mental health where we have built one of the first diagnostic-aid platforms for patients. We are extremely ambitious and hard-working team who are passionate about bringing the best of technology to one of the most vulnerable patient groups: those with neurocognitive dysfunctions such as dementia, Alzheimer, burnout syndrome.
