A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role, you will support Offshore Heavy Lift campaigns across vessel-based turbine work, component exchange activity, tooling support, and safe work execution. Your day will involve collaborating with a dedicated offshore team, contributing to safe and efficient operations while developing your skills toward higher-value Heavy Lift pathways.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Support planned and corrective Heavy Lift tasks, including preparation, disassembly, installation support, mechanical work, hydraulic work, and access tasks.

Work in line with Heavy Lift safe systems, site rules, AWP/EIP, LOTO, permit controls, RAMS, and toolbox talks.

Assist in lifting preparation, tooling checks, equipment control, and task setup under the direction of nominated role holders.

Complete required documentation accurately and on time, including check sheets, time booking, training evidence, work records, and handover notes.

Contribute to team delivery by following the direction of the Team Lead and Senior Technician, supporting the development of less experienced technicians.

What You Bring

A strong safety mindset and practical technical ability, having moved beyond trainee level with experience in mechanical, hydraulic, or turbine competence.

A desire to grow into higher-value Heavy Lift roles through formal training, on-the-job training, and evidence capture.

Reliability in completing records, communicating issues, and supporting the team without avoidable disruption.

Good communication skills, providing clear handovers and raising gaps early using plain, accurate language.

Offshore readiness, holding required offshore safety training and being fit for vessel-based rotations.
