L&D, Engagement and Internal Communications Exe [$3,450 / Pasir Panjang]

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to support staff engagement, learning & development, internal communications and corporate events .

Location: Pasir Panjang Duration: 11-months Salary: $3,450 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging internal communications content based on staff feedback and organisational initiatives.
• Support planning and execution of staff engagement events, workshops, training sessions and Brown Bag sessions .
• Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including venues, materials, refreshments, speakers and attendance tracking.
• Create EDMs and publicity content , with basic photography/videography support for internal channels.
• Support milestone/anniversary engagement activities, including participation tracking, collateral distribution and budget monitoring.
• Gather and analyse staff feedback and engagement data to identify areas for improvement.
• Support improvements to the new joiner and intranet experience .
• Manage vendors, procurement, documentation and general administrative matters for the team.

Requirements

• Degree in Communications, HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Experience in employee engagement, L&D, events or corporate communications is advantageous.
