HR Trainee

Location: Savola Foods Egypt – New Cairo Duration: 6 Months About the Opportunity Savola Foods Egypt is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our Human Capital team for a 6-month learning journey. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or senior-year students who are passionate about Human Resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in different HR functions. What You Will Learn & Support Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Screening CVs and coordinating interviews

Communicating with candidates and hiring managers

Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities

Learning & Development (Training Coordination) Coordinating training sessions and workshops

Managing training attendance and feedback records

Supporting learning initiatives and employee development programs

Events Management Assisting in organizing employee engagement events

Coordinating logistics with vendors and internal stakeholders

Supporting company activities, workshops, and special events
