And as we constantly strive to deliver best possible service and continuously improve our processes, we are now looking for a Customer Finance Credit and Risk Manager to support our vital function. Someone who’s ready to apply their expertise in risk management as well as their strategical yet service minded thinking on to a high-speed and innovating industry, market and organization.

This position is preferably located in Stockholm, Sweden, while other locations in Europe is an option. Some global travelling is included in the job.

Your mission – Detecting risks on an early stage to ensure safe and profitable solutions As Customer Finance Credit and Risk Manager, you take ownership of the credit analysis and assessment process for the Sandvik Customer Finance Group – which currently consists of seven captive customer finance portfolios. You are responsible for the performance of regular risk assessments and for frequently reviewing the Customer Finance credit portfolio as well as the Sandvik Customer Finance Group’s risk strategy. With a proactive approach, you ensure early detection of potential credit risk and threats – enabling us to take proper actions. You regularly review and validate the Group’s risk model and evaluate risk development, monitoring our risk bearing ability to ensure a safe development and successful, profitable solutions.

Conducting and communicating credit analysis and assessments with relevant stakeholders, to increase awareness of inherent risks when taking credit decisions, is also an important part of your role.

Your character – A structured Risk Management expert with a flexible approach We are looking for someone with a solid background of working in the Commercial Finance Industry. You have at least 10 years’ experience within this area, and five years’ experience with Risk and Portfolio Management in a global environment. You have good knowledge of different financing products and collaterals, with prominent knowledge in hedge formula and statistics. Experience working within Wholesale Finance is also considered a plus. Since we act on a global stage, you have excellent skills in both written and verbal English.
