Bartender

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to customer orders.
• Welcome customers and provide information about available drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor beverage stock and report shortages.
• Handle customer orders and payments accurately where required.
• Follow responsible service practices and applicable alcohol service regulations.
• Ensure bar equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and maintained.
• Provide friendly and professional service to customers.

Requirements

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and drink preparation is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, attentive, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
