Senior Software Engineer (Back-end equipment)

Job Description: Design and develop software, hardware, and control systems for high precision machines.

Conduct system integration testing, hardware qualification, and technical documentation.

Analyze customer requirements and provide software/hardware solutions and support.

Manage technical projects to meet quality and timeline targets.

Evaluate hardware-software integration and overall system performance.

Prepare SOPs, guidelines, and engineering documentation.

Requirements: Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering

Strong programming and electrical/electronic design experience for die bonding and wire bonding equipment.

Proficient in Visual C++, Visual C#, and VB.NET.
