Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting pharmacists and ensuring the smooth operation of the pharmacy. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Your tasks

Responsibilities:

• Process prescriptions using computer software
• Prepare blister pack for patients
• To answer patient phone calls and prepare order in timeline
• Monitor storage and inventory of medications and re-stocking Pharmacy supplies
• Keep Pharmacy clean and organised all the time

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Previous experience in Community pharmacy settings would be an asset
• Knowledge of Prescription processing and Third party insurance billing
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Quick learner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills

• Pharmacy Assistant in Canada: 1 year (required)

Language

• Punjabi (required)

What we offer

Only Selected candidates will be contacted for interview. Pay: $17.60-$21.50 per hour
