We’re now hiring a Managing Director for Poland — a strategic leadership role to drive national growth and expand our charging network across the country. Let's power the future together! ⚡

Your Responsibilities 🚀 Lead Qwello’s business operations in Poland across sales, business development, construction, and maintenance

Derive market segments and the according approaches with relevant portfolio and product features to match our customer requirements and exceed their expectations

Drive strategic growth by expanding the customer base in public and semi-public spaces and participating in relevant tenders

Ensure effective project execution, from site acquisition to installation and maintenance of EV charging infrastructure

Coordinate internal teams and external partners, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and on-time, on-budget delivery

Build and manage local teams and collaborate with international colleagues across departments

Structure, document, and optimize workflows using internal tools (e.g., CRM), ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing

Your Profile ✨ 7+ years of experience in sales and team leadership, preferably in infrastructure or technology-driven industries

Proven track record in B2G (business-to-government) environments, working with public institutions, municipalities, or cities

Experience with EV charging, energy, or related infrastructure is a strong plus

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to self-organize and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Fluency in English; proficiency in Polish is essential

A hands-on, proactive mindset with a passion for driving change and delivering results
