Supply Chain Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

• Implement regional quality management strategies to ensure products meet company and customer quality standards
• Annual quality improvement project set up at selected suppliers
• Manage digital KPI Dashboards
• Lesson learnt to share best practice at regions
• Plan Trainings from internal or third party
• Lead supplier performance review via QBRs and 8D review meetings
• Provide training to enhance the team’s expertise in quality management

Job Requirement

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality management, with experience in packaging or manufacturing industries preferred
• Managing manufacturing quality team and familiar IPQC, FQC and IQC process
• Proven experience in conducting NPI verification via PPAP or APQP
• ISO 9001 lead auditor certificate or equivalent
• English proficiency: TOEIC 700 or equivalent, Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering Management, statistics, or Printing-related fields
• Holding Six sigma green belt certificate or above will be a plus
