Translator Mandarin / Mandarin Speaker
About the Role We are looking for a dynamic, professional, and detail-oriented Mandarin Translator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a vital communication bridge between our management, expatriates, and local departments to ensure seamless daily operations and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, real-time oral translation during meetings, discussions, and daily operational activities between Mandarin-speaking management/expatriates and local staff
- Translate various business documents, operational reports, technical materials, and emails accurately between Mandarin and Indonesian (or English).
- Assist management in bridging communication gaps across departments to streamline workflow and prevent miscommunication.
- Support general office administration, scheduling, and project-related documentation tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3/S1) education level
- Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and native Indonesian. (Proficiency in English is a strong plus).
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Translator or Interpreter, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial, or corporate environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, highly detail-oriented, professional attitude, and able to work well in a multicultural team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office productivity tools.
- Willing to work on-site at our office in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
