Online Business Project Coordinator

About the Role CMK Pet Food is looking for an Online Business Project Coordinator to keep our online business program on schedule. You will coordinate the marketplace, content, livestream and packing/delivery teams, track tasks and deadlines, and report progress and risks early, working closely with the Head of Online Business. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily and weekly work across the marketplace, content, livestream and packing/delivery teams.
• Track program timelines, tasks, owners and deadlines, and flag delays early.
• Follow up on SOP rollout so agreed processes are actually used by the teams.
• Support marketplace operations: product listings, campaigns and promotions.
• Compile weekly performance reports and update the KPI dashboard.
• Run team meetings: prepare the agenda, write minutes and follow up on action items.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; internship or project experience in coordination, e-commerce or marketplace operations is a plus.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) to coordinate with other teams.
• Good English skills (verbal and written) are a must.
• Familiar with Shopee and/or Tokopedia seller tools.
• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and reading numbers (sales, conversion, ads spend).
• Organized, persistent in follow-up and takes ownership of results.
• Willing to work onsite at the CMK office in Tigaraksa, Tangerang, Monday to Saturday (hald-day on Saturdays)
• Experience with Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Notion or similar tools, and interest in using AI tools for reporting and content work, are a plus.
