Service Engineer

Provide technical product training. Handle product, technical and warranty etc Monitor quality issue Create training materials, technical procedures, service manuals and part guides for distributors. Handle defective unit exchange to end customer, follow up defective unit repair etc

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience of experience in consumer electronics after sales management industry.

Salary: Up to $3,500
