Key responsibilities The Community Coordinator plays a key role in bringing the Clockwise proposition to life. As an ambassador for the Clockwise brand, the role creates exceptional member experiences through outstanding hospitality, meaningful community engagement and operational excellence. Working collaboratively with the Community Manager and wider location team, the Community Coordinator supports the delivery of commercial, operational and member experience objectives, contributing to occupancy, member retention and the continued success of the location as measured through the Balanced Scorecard.
Objectives Provide operational and people support to the wider business, sharing best practices and supporting cover, training and consistency where required. Act as a role model for Clockwise values and behaviours, embedding them within day-to-day operations and team culture. Be an ambassador for the Clockwise Values, delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring the workspace consistently reflects our Brand Standards. Act as a trusted colleague within your location and the wider Clockwise community. Deliver an exceptional member experience that supports member satisfaction, retention, occupancy growth and commercial success, as outlined in the Balanced Scorecard
Key Responsibilities Sales, Trading & Business Performance Support achievement of occupancy, retention and ancillary revenue targets. Identify referral, upsell and cross-sell opportunities including meeting rooms, day offices and coworking memberships. Maintain accurate CRM records and support pipeline management, competitor research and sales administration. Support office tours where appropriate and ensure all enquiries are managed in line with the member journey. Record meeting room, day office and ancillary sales in line with company procedures. Create local marketing content and promote member success stories.
People, Community & Culture Deliver an exceptional member experience across every interaction. Own the member journey from onboarding through to day-to-day engagement. Plan and deliver a programme of community, networking and wellbeing events. Conduct regular member check-ins and gather feedback to improve retention and engagement. Create memorable member experiences through thoughtful initiatives and celebrations. Produce member communications including newsletters and digital updates. Build relationships with local businesses, charities and partners to enhance the Clockwise proposition. Demonstrate the Clockwise values and behaviours in every interaction and contribute positively to team meetings and personal development.
Safety, Compliance & Operations Maintain exceptional presentation standards throughout the building in line with Clockwise Brand Standards. Manage reception, member enquiries, location inboxes and day-to-day administration. Support member onboarding, access management and operational readiness. Carry out daily building walks and promptly report maintenance issues. Support meeting room readiness, consumables and operational processes. Follow company SOPs and support ISO, GDPR and information security requirements. Support Health & Safety, Fire Safety and company compliance standards. Work collaboratively with building management, contractors and partners to deliver a seamless member experience.
Systems & Reporting Ensure effective and compliant use of all business systems, including but not limited to HubSpot, Resonate, Expansive, Riskproof , Office RnD, Office 365 and Notion

Key skills and experience Hospitality and customer service experience is advantageous.
Working pattern 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Office hours with occasional requirement to work evenings for events.
