HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities & Duties Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strateg Talent Management: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle; develop and execute a highly organized and aesthetic employer branding strategy to attract top-tier talent. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the organization adheres to all local, state, and federal labor laws; maintain essential corporate documentation such as Business Permits and Certificates of No Pending Case. Employee Relations: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues; conduct and analyze employee satisfaction surveys to drive workplace improvements. Development & Growth: Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance; identify high-potential staff for internal promotions and leadership trainee programs. Compensation & Benefits: Monitor and maintain a competitive pay plan and benefits program; oversee payroll accuracy and administrative record-keeping.

Qualifications/Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Proven working experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive (typically 5+ years).
