  • Architectural design for factories, warehouses, and industrial buildings.
  • Develop design proposals and communicate with clients.
  • Prepare and develop architectural designs using BIM/Revit.
  • Prepare BOQ for quotation and cost estimation.
  • Send RFQs to subcontractors/vendors and review/compare quotations.
  • Coordinate with relevant disciplines and project stakeholders.
  • Background in Architecture / Civil Design.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Revit/BIM.
  • Experience in factory, warehouse, or industrial projects is highly preferred.
  • Experience in BOQ, tender, quotation, or cost estimation is an advantage.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Candidates with experience in Japanese contractors/construction companies are highly preferred.
