Thoroughly inspect production orders before manufacturing begins by:

Ensuring that the raw materials released from RM warehouse match those specified in the production orders (Item wise )

Verifying the weights of the raw materials used in the manufacturing process. (Quantity wise)

Verifying the batch number of the raw material according to the batch number of supplier.

Monitoring manufacturing processes involves inspecting specific steps according to operating instructions provided by the Research and Development department, such as:

Temperature monitoring.

Examining the additional raw materials used for adjusting and the method of their addition .

Inspecting materials returned from manufacturing processes and verifying their weights.

Monitoring packaging quality through both:

Ensuring the accuracy of printed data by ink jet on the packs .

Ensuring that the packaging data matches and is clearly labeled with the packaging orders.

Regularly monitoring packaging operations and tracking packs weights and cleanliness.

Product packaging is reviewed according to the actual density sent from the QC lab and reviewed by regarding INK JET, and the amount of permissible deviation in packaging is determined so that it does not exceed the percentage specified for each size.

Taking samples for as retained samples after each packaging operation.

Checking random samples to ensure the accuracy of the filtration process during packaging operations .

Inspection the end of the packing to ensure product filtration.

Assistance in conducting tests on both finished products and raw materials and matching the results with the control plan.

In case of non-conformity for any production order, an NCMR conformity report is prepared and raised to section manager for putting corrective and preventive action is put in place according to the case.

Completing all packaging orders approved for production after packaging is complete, and creating a pick in case of additions to the production orders , or a return is performed in case of returns to the production order .

Prepare reports on production processes, including manufacturing and packaging, and send them

directly to the quality control manager.

Testing the water used in manufacturing processes by checking the chlorine level and PH.

Regularly assure the accuracy of the scales used in the manufacturing process .

Previous experience in the chemical manufacturing industry is a Must

Bachelor’s degree in Science, preferably Chemistry.

1–3 years of relevant experience in Quality Control

Good command of English, both written and spoken.
