Assistant Store Manager

We Are Hiring – Assistant Store Manager at Mr. Tailor Mr. Tailor is looking for a professional and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate communication with branch staff.

Execute the General Manager’s daily instructions.

Oversee, monitor, and report on daily operations.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Supervise and manage a team of 6–12 employees to ensure proper performance.

Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure that store policies and procedures are followed.

Handle cash flow and receipts accurately.

Coordinate daily customer service operations (sales, orders, payments).

Implement company policies in-store and prepare daily reports for administration.

Proven experience as a Retail Assistant Manager or similar position.

Presentable and professional appearance.

Maximum age: 36 years old.

Good command of English and computer skills.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
