MEP Project Manager

Movade Innovations Pte Ltd is a growing MEP company specialising in high-end luxury retail and boutique fit-out projects across Singapore and the region. We are looking for a responsible and proactive MEP Project Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects.

Your tasks

The role is hands-on and site-based, involving close coordination with subcontractors, consultants, landlords, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the expected quality standards. This position is suitable for individuals who enjoy fast-paced project environments and are looking to grow with an expanding company.

-Lead and manage the overall planning, execution, and completion of MEP works.

-Develop project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and resource allocation strategies.

-Manage and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients.

-Review MEP drawings, specifications, construction methods, and technical submissions.

-Monitor project progress to ensure completion within the approved timeline and budget.

-Manage project costs, variations, claims, procurement, and contractual matters.

-Ensure all MEP installations comply with relevant codes, regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.

-Conduct project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve technical and operational issues.

-Identify project risks, assess potential delays, and implement corrective actions.

-Oversee site inspections, quality control, testing, commissioning, and defect rectification.

-Review progress reports, project documentation, and subcontractor performance.

-Manage project handover, as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and final documentation.

-Maintain client relationships and ensure project deliverables meet contractual requirements and client expectations.
