As a Cashier at The Common Uluwatu, you will be responsible for handling daily cashiering operations, ensuring accurate transactions, and providing excellent service to our guests. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily cash and non-cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Process guest payments through cash, credit/debit cards, and other available payment methods.
• Prepare and verify bills, receipts, and payment records.
• Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and balanced at the end of each shift.
• Maintain accurate cash float and conduct cash reconciliation.
• Coordinate with the Floor and Finance teams regarding payments, discounts, voids, refunds, and other transaction-related matters.
• Follow company procedures and internal controls related to cash handling.
• Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests when handling payments.
• Report any discrepancies or irregularities to the Supervisor or Management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station.
• Perform other cashier-related duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Cashier, preferably in a restaurant, hospitality, or F&B environment.
• Good numerical and basic administrative skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
