As an Auditor Manager in the professional services industry, you will oversee audit engagements, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Based in Newport, you'll play a vital role in managing client relationships and supporting the accounting and finance team. Client Details Our client is a well-established independent accountancy and business advisory firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality audit, accounting and advisory services to businesses across South Wales. They work with a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from owner-managed businesses to larger corporate organisations, providing practical advice and long-term support.

Description Manage and lead audit engagements from planning through to completion. Oversee the work of audit teams, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns effectively. Review and finalise audit reports, ensuring accuracy and quality. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions. Assist in staff training and ongoing professional development initiatives. Collaborate with other departments within the accounting and finance team to deliver seamless services. Profile A successful Auditor Manager should have: A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent). Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards. Proven experience in managing audit engagements and teams. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills. Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines effectively. A proactive and problem-solving mindset. Experience within the professional services industry is advantageous. Job Offer Salary ranging from £50,000.00 - £60,500 congruent with experience.
