Academic & IT Curriculum Director

Misr International Academy for Computers & Artificial Intelligence is seeking a qualified Academic & IT Curriculum Director to oversee a 3-year educational program specializing in Computer Science, Software Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with academic leadership to deliver market-relevant education. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Lead the creation, updating, and continuous optimization of course materials to align with modern market demands in software development and AI.

Academic Oversight: Monitor educational quality, evaluate course delivery, and ensure all academic standards and learning outcomes are met.

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and evaluate the performance and attendance of instructors, engineers, and training staff.

Quality Assurance: Conduct on-ground monitoring in classrooms and labs to guarantee adherence to the academic timeline and quality standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technology field.

3 to 5+ years of experience in academic supervision, curriculum management, or leading technical/training teams.

Strong grasp of modern tech trends, software engineering practices, AI, and effective teaching methodologies.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and hands-on management skills.

High proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
