Hospital Warehouse Supervisor

Manage daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow

Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of medical supplies

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels

Implement inventory control systems and conduct regular stock audits

Coordinate with procurement and medical departments to meet supply needs

Ensure proper storage conditions for medical and pharmaceutical items

Supervise warehouse staff and manage schedules and performance

Monitor stock movement and prepare periodic reports

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospital regulations

Reduce waste, prevent shortages, and improve operational efficiency

Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor

Past Hospitals Experience is a must.

Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques

Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency

Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data

Hands-on commitment to getting the job done

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations

Strong organisational and time management skills
