As our fleet expands, we are seeking dedicated professionals to join our Operations Control Center as a Sales Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing strong relationships with our B2B clients, optimizing the utilization of our floating fleet, and overseeing daily flight operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

Ihr Profil
A nalytical Skills : Ability to analyze fleet utilization data and make informed decisions to optimize operations
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and coordinate effectively with internal teams
Organizational Skills : Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and client requirements
Problem-Solving Abilities : Capable of making quick and effective decisions in a dynamic environment
Team Player : Collaborative approach to ensure smooth operations
Stress-Resilient : Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
Flexibility : Willing to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Fluent English Language Skills with strong preference for professional working German; additional language skills are an advantage
Aviation Knowledge: Understanding of flight operations, fleet management, and aviation logistics
Educational Background : A completed study in Aviation Management, Tourism Management, or Business Administration is beneficial
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid ZÜP (Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung) as per §7 LuftSiG
Unrestricted EU passport or the right to live and work in the EU
