Social Worker - Adult Community & Learning Disability - Orkney Islands
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Social Worker for an Adult Community & LD team on the Orkney Islands. In this role, you will undertake assessments and case management for adults and carers under relevant legislation, develop and monitor care packages, and empower individuals to achieve independence and fulfil their potential. You will collaborate with multi-agency teams, chair meetings, and attend court hearings as required. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records, advocate for service users, and ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.

Requirements for the role:
Undertake assessments and case management for adults and carers under relevant legislation.
Develop, coordinate, and monitor care packages within available resources and statutory requirements.
Empower adults and carers to achieve independence and fulfil their potential.
Work collaboratively with multi-agency teams, chair meetings, and attend court hearings as required.
Maintain accurate records, advocate for service users, and ensure quality assurance compliance.
Qualifications and Experience: To be successful in this role you must have SSSC registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
