Liquid Personnel is recruiting Occupational Therapist for its client's Adult Services teams at Basingstoke, New Forest, Winchester, Fareham.

What will your responsibilities be?

Conduct home and community-based assessments

Deliver interventions to improve functional ability and independence

Collaborate with MDTs and contribute to care planning

Manage expectations of residents awaiting OT input

Provide moving & handling assessments and support

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have,

HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist

Minimum 2 years post-qualified experience

Experience with PD clients and adult social care

Full UK driving licence and access to insured vehicle

Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
