Recording customer details and outcomes of each call in a CRM system.

1. Customer Service

Answering questions, resolving complaints, or forwarding them to the right department.

Following up on previous calls or inquiries.

1. Data Entry & Reporting

Maintaining accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes.

Reporting daily/weekly results to supervisors.

Skills Needed

Strong verbal communication

Active listening

Sales or persuasion techniques

Basic computer and typing skills
