Accountabilities: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, roadmap planning, requirements definition, feature delivery, release management, and post-launch optimization.

Lead product initiatives focused on healthcare enrollment workflows, including eligibility, ingestion, validation, reconciliation, and downstream integrations.

Gather, analyze, and document business and regulatory requirements, translating them into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.

Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to define priorities, manage backlogs, and ensure high-quality, on-time product delivery.

Partner closely with UX/UI teams to design intuitive, user-centered workflows that simplify complex enrollment processes.

Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including release notes, data flow diagrams, and interface specifications.

Coordinate cross-functional sprint planning and execution while ensuring alignment across distributed teams, including offshore resources.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

5–8+ years of product management experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong understanding of healthcare enrollment processes, including eligibility, maintenance, reconciliation, and benefits administration.

Proven ability to translate complex technical and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.

Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and end-to-end delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams.

Ability to engage with engineering teams on system behavior, data flows, and production issues when needed.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to operate independently with high ownership.

Preferred experience with Edifecs tools (EAM, SpecBuilder, TM, ENR, XEServer, XEngine) and healthcare EDI standards (834, 999, TA1).

Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and modern integration patterns is a plus.
