Network Ops Specialist

Accountabilities: As a Network Ops Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing supply chain networks, improving sourcing strategies, and ensuring successful implementation of product and operational changes. You will work closely with global teams to identify opportunities, evaluate scenarios, and support strategic decisions that improve business performance.

Lead end-to-end supply chain network optimization initiatives by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing effective solutions.

Evaluate sourcing alternatives and support make-or-buy decisions to improve cost efficiency, service levels, and operational performance.

Partner with new product introduction teams to define sourcing locations, manufacturing strategies, and product flows.

Build and maintain network optimization roadmaps aligned with broader supply chain transformation objectives.

Manage capacity planning activities, including long-range planning and identification of bottlenecks requiring strategic investment.

Collaborate with finance and costing teams to assess the business impact of different supply chain scenarios.

Support tender activities by providing manufacturing, sourcing, and distribution feasibility insights.

Coordinate with global planning, operations, marketing, technology, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution.

Monitor project outcomes, track value delivery, and contribute to continuous improvement across network operations.

Promote effective ways of working, knowledge sharing, and collaboration across teams.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced supply chain professional with strong expertise in network optimization, product planning, and cross-functional project delivery. You should be comfortable working in a complex global environment and using data-driven insights to influence strategic decisions.

Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience in supply chain, engineering, business, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in product planning, supply chain operations, network optimization, or related areas.

Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and lifecycle management.

Proven experience with ERP systems, SAP, and digital supply chain tools.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis techniques.

Experience with network optimization tools such as Opti Logic’s Cosmic Frog or similar platforms is preferred.

Background in areas such as logistics, procurement, finance, product costing, marketing, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results with limited supervision.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence teams across different functions and geographies.

Strong analytical, financial, and commercial understanding to support business decisions.

Ability to adapt quickly, solve complex problems, and operate effectively in a changing environment.

Understanding of health, safety, security, environmental, and compliance principles is preferred.
