Golang Developer
Accountabilities: The Golang Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems while contributing to cloud-native application development and engineering best practices. Key responsibilities include:
Developing high-quality backend applications using Golang.
Designing, building, and maintaining microservices-based architectures.
Creating scalable and reliable software solutions for distributed environments.
Working with messaging and event-driven systems using technologies such as Kafka.
Developing and deploying applications using cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
Building and managing containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Contributing to architecture discussions and technical decisions related to backend systems.
Optimizing application performance, reliability, and scalability.
Troubleshooting technical issues and implementing effective solutions.
Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality software products.
Following modern software development practices to ensure maintainable and efficient code.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced backend developer with strong expertise in Golang and cloud-native technologies. Required qualifications and skills include:
3–8 years of experience in software development with strong backend engineering experience.
Hands-on experience developing applications using Golang.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Experience working with Kafka or similar event-streaming technologies.
Experience developing and deploying applications on AWS.
Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes-based architectures.
Knowledge of cloud-native development principles and modern software engineering practices.
Ability to design scalable solutions and solve complex technical challenges.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and contribute to engineering discussions.
