Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities: ·      Quantity take-off and cost estimation. ·      Source, negotiate and awarding of contracts to vendors. ·      Monitoring actual construction cost vs contract work quality. ·      Involve in preparing regular cost reports including maintenance budget cost controls. ·      Assist in maintaining good documentation of events at site for variation order / EOT claims. ·      Material ordering, budget tracking on quantity for main materials ·      Measurement, payment response, VO for subcon. ·      Preparing of tender submission within specificdeadline. Requirements: ·      Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying ·      2 years of relevant working experience in the Construction industry.
