WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Ability to identify and resolve operational issues. Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and software. Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team. Ability to communicate effectively with staff, suppliers, and customers. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting physical counts, and reconciling inventory with data systems. Overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries Optimizing warehouse space utilization, implementing efficient layouts, and managing storage capacity.

Implementing and enforcing safety regulations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining a clean and secure work environment. Managing logistics for transporting products to customers and other facilities, coordinating with drivers and delivery partners.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is often preferred. Relevant certifications and prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and leadership are also beneficial.
