The Server/Bartender is responsible for providing professional, knowledgeable, genuinely
friendly, food and beverage service in a timely manner and deliver the ultimate guest
experience.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
Take customer orders and provide recommendations on food & drink selections.
Maintain a clean and organized area.
Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers.
Stocking the bar inventory when needed
Requirements
Previous serving experience in a reputable bar/restaurant
Language: French
Strong knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and brewing
techniques
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers
Professional, enthusiastic, energetic, a people person
Able to work and communicate well.
Able to lift to 50lb, reach, bend, push and stoop.
Able to work in a standing position for a long period of time.
