Project Manager WMS

Location : Brabant Wallon Start date : ASAP Duration : 6 month++ Long term

Context :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Manhattan Active WMS within a retail environment. This is a strategic transformation role requiring a hands-on leader who can drive delivery, align business and IT stakeholders, manage change, and ensure a successful go-live. Beyond project management, you will help shape warehouse processes, support business teams, and create confidence throughout the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full Manhattan Active WMS implementation (design, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare).
• Manage project scope, budget, timeline, risks and governance.
• Coordinate Business, IT, Operations, Integration, Data Migration, Testing, Training and Change Management.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and business readiness.
• Facilitate process design workshops and support warehouse process transformation.
• Coach project teams and foster collaboration across all stakeholders.
• Ensure successful deployment and smooth transition to operations.
• 10+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
• Proven experience delivering WMS implementation projects, ideally Manhattan Active WMS.
• Strong background in retail, warehousing or supply chain operations.
• French Fluent and nice English Mandatory
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Pragmatic, hands-on and solution-oriented with strong communication abilities
