Requirements
Job Description Operating Systems: Basic knowledge of Windows. Familiarity with Windows Server, macOS, or Linux is a plus.
- Networking: Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, LAN, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Software: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 and common business applications.
- Hardware: Basic knowledge of PC/laptop hardware, peripherals, and troubleshooting.
- Active Directory: Basic understanding of user account management, password resets, permissions, and group membership is a plus.
- IT Support: Basic understanding of troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and user-access issues.
- Cybersecurity: Basic awareness of cybersecurity principles, phishing, malware, password security, and safe IT practices.
- Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose basic technical issues and follow a structured approach to resolving problems.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Relevant internships, university projects, or practical IT experience are considered an advantage.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation and communicate effectively in English.
