Product Designer

Job purpose

Design intuitive, user centered digital experiences that enhance usability, increase engagement, and align product interfaces with strategic business objectives.

Key accountabilities

Design user interfaces and experiences across digital products.

Conduct user research and usability testing.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver features.

Translate product requirements into user centered design solutions.

Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries.

Optimize user journeys and interaction flows.

Conduct usability analysis and implement design improvements.

Ensure brand consistency and accessibility standards.

Contribute to innovation in digital experience design.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or related field.

Experience

Internship, academic, freelance, or personal project experience in product design is required.

Familiarity with designing digital experiences for web or mobile platforms.

Basic understanding of user research and usability testing methods.

Ability to collaborate, receive feedback, and work with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with design systems, reusable components, and common design tools.

A portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem solving, and visual design skills.
