Financial Administrator

As a financial administrator at Gallup, you’ll bring clarity and precision to the financial details that sustain our client partnerships and operational excellence. You’ll transform complex contract data into accurate, reliable records that enable seamless service delivery. Through disciplined analysis and thoughtful problem-solving, you’ll help protect the integrity of our agreements while strengthening trust with both clients and internal teams.
What You’ll Do
Accurately enter and maintain client sales agreements and registrations based on contract specifications, ensuring completeness and compliance
Review and interpret contract data to validate financial accuracy and identify inconsistencies across client records
Guide client teams through contract updates and order modifications with clear, timely communication
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure each order is accurate, each contract compliant and every interaction executed without disruption
Monitor contract statuses and financial data against deadlines and key milestones
Evaluate discrepancies, determine root causes and implement effective resolutions with a sense of urgency
Translate complex financial terms into clear, actionable language
Apply financial principles to review and validate contract terms and billing structures
Adapt to evolving systems and process enhancements that improve service and efficiency

What You Need
Bachelor's degree required
At least two years of experience , including internships and classroom work, in finance, accounting or a related field required
Demonstrated ability to manage time-sensitive work with strong financial accuracy required
At least two years of professional experience using Excel preferred
A commitment to working on-site at Gallup's Omaha office at least three days per week required
Eligibility to work in the U.S. required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

We also offer an estimated hourly range of $29.00-$31.00 for this role. Hourly pay is based on a variety of factors, including an individual’s education, experience and skills.
