Become an operator in a two-shift system at Unilin in Desselgem.
- Operating and monitoring machines
- setting up machines and keeping an eye on the production process
- Performing quality checks
- ensuring products meet the required standards
- Finishing and packaging products
- stacking, packing, labeling, and preparing for shipment
- Supplying and moving materials
- bringing raw materials and moving finished goods (sometimes using a pallet truck or forklift)
- Solving minor technical issues / basic maintenance
- handling small malfunctions and keeping machines clean
- Working as part of a team
- ensuring the production process runs smoothly and targets are met
- Hands-on & physical (you are constantly active)
- Fast-paced (production line environment)
- Team-oriented
- Strong focus on safety and quality
- You are willing to perform physicalwork.
- You are flexible and willing to work in a two-shift system.
- Experience in a production or industrial environment is a plus, but not required.
- You are eager to learn and open to taking on new tasks.
- You work carefullyand have an eye for quality.
