Sale Associate (BoConcept Paragon)

Sales Floor Operations:

• Supervise and manage operations within the sales area to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Organize product displays, decorate the sales floor, and set up promotional price tags appropriately.

Customer Service:

• Provide professional advice and recommendations to customers regarding products and services.
• Address customer complaints and coordinate effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure maximum customer satisfaction by meeting their needs and expectations.

Sales Management:

• Drive sales to meet or exceed targets as outlined in the sales strategy.
• Participate in the development and improvement of sales processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Coordination:

• Coordinate product delivery and installation, as well as follow up on payment collection for provincial customers.
• Manage product restocking and maintain cleanliness of the sales area.

Qualifications: Thai nationality, aged between 18 - 45 years Educational background: High school diploma (M.6) or equivalent Able to work on shift schedules as assigned Proficient in using computers and other technological tools Customer-oriented with the ability to respond to customer needs and expectations Experience in loss prevention in retail business is an advantage Strong English communication skills (language allowance provided)
