IE Engineer

Overall & Key Responsibilities:

Support newly established IE functions at the Vietnam factory, including building standard working cycle time for each department, new item creation and continuous improvement (CI) projects .

Conduct time and method studies to standardize processes and improve productivity.

Measure, analyze, and monitor production efficiency and performance.

Prepare and present IE and efficiency reports.

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a science-based discipline is preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills; experience with Minitab is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good time management and task-prioritization skills.
• Ability to train others and transfer knowledge effectively.
