Position Summary

To be responsible for proposing and monitoring effectiveness of agency Compensation and Contest and conducting analytics for agency performance strategy and customer management, including but not limited to: develop agency KPI plan; monitoring and provide meaningful insights of agency strategy to Executives Management and Senior Agency Management Teams.

Main Responsibility Qualification and Experience Requirement University Degree in Business Statistics/Business Administration/Finance/Insurance Minimum 2 years of business analytics, MIS management, or strategic planning for multi-national life insurance companies Strong working experience on data processing, report automation/visualization.
