HR & Operation Supervisor

ROLE SUMMARY

This role owns HR operations and office/business administration end-to-end across the company's multi-location footprint. You'll work closely with the Head of Finance and Corporate Development, and you're expected to spot problems and fix them yourself rather than wait to be told.

MUST-HAVE

• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, People Operations, HR/Admin, or a similar role.

• Strong working knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and social insurance regulations.
